How Lifting Adults Raises the Bar
Clients can engage in various activities that few if any other facilities offer, and this is accomplished without financial constraints.
That is because Lifting Adults with Guidance absorbs all of the costs, proving Lee Ann’s commitment to providing accessible opportunities for developmentally challenged adults regardless of their budget constraints.
Current activities provided at no charge include:
Zumba, eating out at restaurants, yoga, Karaoke,, fruit picking, attending cooking classes, going to museums, going out to the movies, and so much more.
The Program
The program emphasizes the importance of socializing, communicating, and volunteering, with the goal of fully integrating each client into the community.
In her program, engaging in volunteer work with local nonprofit organizations is fundamental, fostering client growth by empowering them to assist others.
Lee Ann is dedicated to making sure each client is appreciated, contributing to the community in a way that also enhances their own sense of self-worth.
Lifting Adults is found at 76 Stirling Road Suite 103 in Warren, NJ, with a newly renovated 6000-square-foot suite.

2011: Lee Ann began her journey as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Adversev for six months.

After just six months she was promoted to become the Day Program Coordinator at Adversev Overseeing 150 Day Habilitation clients.

In 2014, Lee Ann was recruited by the Executive Director and then Mayor of Warren Township to be the Program Director for Mount Bethel Village.

During her time at Mount Bethel village; Lee Ann effectively boosted client participation from an initial figure of approximately 30 clients to approximately 130.

In 2021, she became the State Director at the Center for Psychological Assessment and treatment.

In early 2022 Lee Ann was asked by New Horizons with Autism to serve on their Human Rights Committee where she continues to volunteer her time today advocating for client rights.

Finally, in 2022, Lee Ann became the Owner of Lifting Adults, a program empowering developmentally challenged adults over the age of 21. Her program, Lifting Adults with Guidance Day Habilitation Program offers personalized opportunities for individuals aged 21 and over.
